1. •Manage end-to-end recruitment - understand requirements, advise and executive appropriate recruitment strategies including referrals, sourcing and engaging with candidates, interviewing, managing references checks and managing the offer process
2. • Continually coordinate and educate the selected candidates on company policies and relevant labour laws.
