• To Lead and direct the HR functions includes Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, Performance Management, Rewards, Manpower Planning, Employee Engagements, Exits and Administration.
• Analyses , identify, prioritise and execute human resources goals and objectives for the organisation.
• Work as a team to ensure hr goals support overall business objectives and strategy.
• Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness and implementation.
• Provide hr required data upon the requests and maintaining confidentiality.
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annually hr reports.
• Prepare the monthly attendance report for the payroll for all entities with thw support of HRMS.
• Reach across management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
• Handling end-to-end recruitment and acting as a key for hiring activities
• Validating the hr reports from the team and ensuring the files are closed.
• Preparing offer letters, relieving letters, memorandums, minutes of meetings and other paper works on demand
• Completing new employee orientation, giving assistant, presentations and introductions to the new environment.
• Conduct training needs analysis. facilitate training and coaching of managers/employees and coordinating internal and external training programs
• Taking care of employees relieving formalities and exit level interviews.
• Experience in recruiting candidates for IT, ITES-BPO, and Skilled Labors
• Ensure completion of all recruitment processes and documentation as per the recruitment standards and processes including reference/background check verification.
• Coordinate with the interviews panels face to face, video conferencing and telephone interviews, updating interview feedback & making reports
