If you want it, you can get it

’If you want it, you can get it’’ Not everything is impossible, to achieve anything you must know what to do and what not to do. I came here in December 2019 with high hopes, ambitions and energy. The day I arrived was the only easy day for me as a huge mammoth of challenges were ready to welcome me. I was applying, applying and applying on numerous posts, platforms, career portals and other way but there was no use of it, if somehow I was able to get the interview call I was simply rejected due to my Non UAE Experience Down and out of my energy I came to Navafiz to seek guidance in hope against hope that I can get familiar with any other way to tackle the hurdles I have been facing. Only Allah knew that this was the way He wanted me to follow to get into the opportunity I want. I got the job through Navafiz Career Guidance session in Abu Dhabi. Thanks to Mr. Liaqat Ali, Mr. Waseem Raja, Mr. Hammad, the whole Navafiz team and all friends who supported me in securing a job at an Oil and Gas Contracting Company in Abu Dhabi. It is pertinent to mention special efforts of Miss Fizza Fatema who helped me get the same motivation I had before coming here. My advice to all those who are coming here in search of job opportunity, they should be passionate, loyal and committed to their goal, they can get it if they want it. Keep praying to Allah Almighty, He will grant you in ways that you cannot even imagine.

Ali Hassan
“Fall seven times, stand up eight.” –Japanese proverb

Hi, Everyone. This is Ali Hassan here, Civil Engineer by profession. Last year I came to UAE on visit, at that time I was unaware of NAVAFIZ. Someone asked me to attend the session in Sharjah. I went there, that was extremely good. I learnt so many things and when I went back and open my CV, That was totally a junk. Also I was applying just randomly clicking "Apply" button. I improved my CV. And start applying as per Navafiz guidelines, unfortunately that was too late & I had to go back to my home country. I cam back recently on 18 Jan, with complete homework. I started applying on jobs as per NAVAFIZ's recommendations. And, Alhumdulilah by the grace of Allah almighty and prayers of my parents, in very short time i.e in only 10-12 days I got an oppurtunity to work with a good company in Dubai. This is all because of Navafiz team, especially my Mentor Mr. Babar Ali, I haven't met him yet, we stay connected online. He is the best mentor I've ever met with. He review my CV and pointed out many weak areas. I improved those areas, kept applying & got success. Although, I was unable to attend Navafiz sessions this time because I was living too far this time, but I strictly followed their online mentorship program & Alhumdulilah got success. The purpose of telling the whole story is that don't give up, If your visa is expired that is not a big issue. Go back and comeback again with more power and have strong believe in Allah / God. Keep up the good work Navafiz team, you are doing a great job especially Sir. Liaqat Ali & Mr. Babar Ali. That will be honor for me to work as volunteer with Navafiz team. Regards, Ali Hassan

NIDA ABDUL HAKEEM
The Best Support System for Job Seekers - Without a Doubt!!

We have all heard it many times, in many different ways from many different influecers and career guides that Networking is the most important attribute in job hunting in today's world. Actually LinkedIn is all about it!! but have we ever got any reasonable platforms to do so?? Not really!! I was a firm believer of this fact too, but despite all my efforts on LinkedIn and other social media - I knew I was lacking an opportunity to physically attend any meet and greet events in UAE and that too, free of cost, untill I got to know about Navafiz. I whole heartidly thanks Navafiz team as a whole, to provide such an amazing opportunity to job seekers and volunteers. Almost a year ago, I met Mr. Faraz and Ms. Amna and attended a few sessions in sharjah as a volunteer and then the chain reaction started. Navafiz team helps you to connect to amazing professionals -and one after another without even realizing, I was meeting and connecting with professionals across the UAE. I started my journey with Navafiz as a volunteer only, but today I am proud to say that not only their sessions are of great help, but their unlimited and unfiltered help and support became the reason of my success in Dubai. I recently joined a big company in Dubai, just because of one successful meeting with an HR of this compnay(and that too for Navafiz volunteer work only).. That is the power of networking and I extend my thanks to Mr.Liaqat, Mr. Saleem, Mr. Waseem and many others - that I switched to my dream job Alhamdulilaaah. Keep up the great work Navafiz team!!

Moomal
By the grace of Almighty Allah and my parents prayers finally i got the job.

Hi my name is Moomal Turk and I came to Dubai in January seeking for better opportunities for my career. I found a Job as a document controller in March and was on probation for six months, during my time at my company I found out that they were downsizing certain departments due to which I lost my job in September. My search for a new job began again, this was not easy I struggled for almost 2 months attending walk in interviews and applying on various online platforms but unfortunately I was not successful. Then a friend of mine recommended Navafiz Groups job seekers sessions. I thought to myself to give it a try and there I learned alot, how to attend walk-in interviews and schedule interviews how. I learned how to edit, omit my CV as well as the correct format. I learned how to put my point across interviews correctly. I learned how to network and make connections on platforms such as LinkedIn and as well as face to face while attending these sessions. I changed how I approached my interviews and recently landed a job without any references from anyone. I wanted to thank all the mentors and volunteers for welcoming me and helping me out and teaching me how to correctly approach job interviews. Special mention to Mr. Liaquat Ali, Mr. Saleem Akhtar, Mr. Waseem Raja & Mr. Muhammad Shahid for guiding me through the process and for motivating me and supporting me.
