Alhamdulillah Allah blessed me with success and I joined a company in Dubai as Operations Manager. Though i was struggling harder but it was not possible without Allah's consent and Generosity. I am much more thankfu to whole Navafiz team especially Sir Waseem Raja and Sir Liaqat Ali, Madam Fizza Fatima, they guided me towards the right direction, they guided me how to utilize my skills, they advised me, they encouraged me. I attended Navafiz fruitful sessions in Abu Dhabi. For jobseekers i will add that don't lose hope and never give up. Just struggle hard but towards the right direction. Despite of having a degree in civil engineering and 4 years of work experience in UAE , I had to search for 2 years for a job in Dubai, which is rather regarded as the land of opportunities by many of us. Dear Nafiz members, i left my job in Pakistan and want to test my luck here in UAE. I landed on March 05, 2020 after 1 week lock down prevails in UAE which was a very alarming situation for me but on that time my beloved friend and i can can say my mentor Mr. Awais Fareed help me a alot to register my profile on navafiz and before registering, as per his recommendation and support my CV was as per navafiz CV system. After that i was awarded my mentor Mr. Babar Ali who was also very supporting and cooperating person he motivate me, not to lose hope and try try again. Surely i got rejected several time due to lack of experience in UAE but still i stick to navafiz and many portals. In this duration i also attended many sessions of Mr Liaqat & Mr. Waseem Raja. At last by the reccomendation of Mr. Awais Fareed i got a job in Oil and Gas firm in Abu Dhabi. It appears like a surprize for me at this time. If you dream something you can achive it by dedication,focuss, positivity and utmost struggle.You cant be defeated untill you accept it .Here is my job searching journey.I came on visit visa after after getting cancellation from the first one in UAE.I started applying online, Uploaded resume probably on every page,site but didnt get any suitable responce which i had desire to get. finally i met with the navafiz team with my firend and an active memeber of navafiz ( Bababr Ali) who invited me to join navafiz netwrok.I met with the Nvafiz team at (Sir Liaqat Ali,s home) on a Milad event .I got impressed by their team work.I started following navafiz sessions, recommendations and Techniques to grabbed an opportunity. I kept on improving my CV, contacts, job searching methods and finally got one call and I grabbed it. Job searching is stressful. The ups and downs. The waiting. The rejection. All these gonna matter one day. Avoid all the negativities and be sure with your purpose. Our resume has one mission: to get the interview. Once we are in the interview, it comes down to our skills. Expand your network by building genuine connections with new people. If you’ve been sending out your resume to random job postings, take a break and start networking. Ask everyone in your network if they know of any companies hiring in your field. People cannot help you in your job search if they don’t know you’re looking. So make sure people know. Hi, Everyone. This is Ali Hassan here, Civil Engineer by profession. Last year I came to UAE on visit, at that time I was unaware of NAVAFIZ. Someone asked me to attend the session in Sharjah. I went there, that was extremely good. I learnt so many things and when I went back and open my CV, That was totally a junk. Also I was applying just randomly clicking "Apply" button. I improved my CV. And start applying as per Navafiz guidelines, unfortunately that was too late & I had to go back to my home country. I cam back recently on 18 Jan, with complete homework. I started applying on jobs as per NAVAFIZ's recommendations. And, Alhumdulilah by the grace of Allah almighty and prayers of my parents, in very short time i.e in only 10-12 days I got an oppurtunity to work with a good company in Dubai. This is all because of Navafiz team, especially my Mentor Mr. Babar Ali, I haven't met him yet, we stay connected online. He is the best mentor I've ever met with. He review my CV and pointed out many weak areas. I improved those areas, kept applying & got success. Although, I was unable to attend Navafiz sessions this time because I was living too far this time, but I strictly followed their online mentorship program & Alhumdulilah got success. The purpose of telling the whole story is that don't give up, If your visa is expired that is not a big issue. Go back and comeback again with more power and have strong believe in Allah / God. We have all heard it many times, in many different ways from many different influecers and career guides that Networking is the most important attribute in job hunting in today's world. Actually LinkedIn is all about it!! but have we ever got any reasonable platforms to do so?? Not really!! I was a firm believer of this fact too, but despite all my efforts on LinkedIn and other social media - I knew I was lacking an opportunity to physically attend any meet and greet events in UAE and that too, free of cost, untill I got to know about Navafiz. I whole heartidly thanks Navafiz team as a whole, to provide such an amazing opportunity to job seekers and volunteers. Almost a year ago, I met Mr. Faraz and Ms. Amna and attended a few sessions in sharjah as a volunteer and then the chain reaction started. Navafiz team helps you to connect to amazing professionals -and one after another without even realizing, I was meeting and connecting with professionals across the UAE. I started my journey with Navafiz as a volunteer only, but today I am proud to say that not only their sessions are of great help, but their unlimited and unfiltered help and support became the reason of my success in Dubai. Hi my name is Moomal Turk and I came to Dubai in January seeking for better opportunities for my career. I found a Job as a document controller in March and was on probation for six months, during my time at my company I found out that they were downsizing certain departments due to which I lost my job in September. My search for a new job began again, this was not easy I struggled for almost 2 months attending walk in interviews and applying on various online platforms but unfortunately I was not successful. Then a friend of mine recommended Navafiz Groups job seekers sessions. I thought to myself to give it a try and there I learned alot, how to attend walk-in interviews and schedule interviews how. I learned how to edit, omit my CV as well as the correct format. I learned how to put my point across interviews correctly. I Joined Navafiz on 14th October and Navafiz Lead assigned Mr. Jawad Ahmed as my Mentor . Assalamu-alaikum I want to share my success story how i hunt the job, i came to UAE in mid of July on visit visa, and almost every body told me that this is not ideal time to find a job in UAE, i said if my God will than i will find my job at any cost whether this is ideal time or not. First of all i attended the sessions conducted by the NVAFIZ team at Abu Dhabi & Sharja and than started job hunting according to the guidelines of NVAFIZ team and through the continuous support of team members i.e Mr. Liaquat, Waseem, Waqar Gondal, Waqas Murad, Fraz and Abdullah i find the job. Always offer your Prayers 5 times a day with Tahajud and pray to God. Believe me you will receive un-expected results. I also want to share with you that my visa was expired and out of 10 days of grace period, 4 days were also passed than on 5th day i got offer from the company where i want to join and Alhamdulillah i got that, so believe in God and never give up. Always hope for the best.
