A well-established Family Office is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead personnel matters across its corporate and household operations. This is a senior, standalone position for someone who can operate strategically with the family principal while staying close enough to the detail to manage recruitment, employee relations, and compliance personally.
The Role
You'll take ownership of the full HR remit for both the Family Office and its household staff, from recruitment and onboarding through performance, compensation, and employee relations. You'll advise the principal directly on people strategy and workforce planning, and build out the policies, systems, and governance the Office needs as it grows. Confidentiality is a given, and you'll be trusted with sensitive personnel matters across the business and the home.
Requirements
