Job Responsibilities
1. Support full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
2. Coordinate with managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
3. Post job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms
4. Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
5. Responsible in handling salary calculation
6. Responsible in handling BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan
7. Support other HR-related administrative tasks as needed
8. Assist in general affairs needs
9. Daily monitor the Attendance record of employees
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in any field from reputable university (Psychology or Human Resources are preferred)
2. 1 year of experience in Human Resources (fresh graduate are welcome)
3. Experienced in mass hiring will be a plus
4. Good understanding of recruitment tools, platforms, and sourcing techniques
5. English is a must
6. Able to operate Microsoft Excel and Lark
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
8. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines
9. Willing to work from Monday to Saturday (half day) at Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta
10. Have a personal laptop
11. Able to join immediately

Looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our general contracting and transport company - Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support organizational growth by planning workforce requirements for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical, engineering, and support staff.
- Coordinate with project management to fulfil manpower requirements.
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
- Identify training and development needs.
- Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
- Manage payroll coordination, salary structures, and benefits administration.
- Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Handle disciplinary actions and legal matters related to HR.
- Promote leadership development and succession planning.
- Oversee visa processing, labor contracts, and employee licensing.
- Coordinate with PROs for government-related processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle a diverse workforce and high-pressure environment.
- Excellent knowledge of ERP Systems such as Odoo.
