Summary of Career

1. Sourcing candidates through portals database and social media, conducting interviews follow up with candidates for interview. Responsible for Recruitment, timely deliveries and successful closure of roles provided by the client.


2. Focus on speed and quality. Responsible to source, interview and shortlist, right fit candidates for the client.


3. Format and present candidate profiles in the template provided by the company with 100% accuracy. •Format and present candidate profiles in the template provided by the company with 100% accuracy. Coordinate and schedule interviews.


4. Administer multiple payrolls entities end to end each month.Handle pre and post payroll activities ,Manage data synchronization in all system


5. Prepare and compile excel reports for management needs. Attend employee issues/queries related to payroll. Manage time & attendance details from back end.


6. Development and implementation of HR compliance programs, policies, and practices.Manage systems and suggests changes/upgrades as and when required.


7. Joining formalities and coordination of Induction/ orientation and feedback.


8. Coordination of training and development activities. Coordination for timely completion of Performance


9. Maintain MIS on exit process. Generate and publish reports & dashboards accurately as per specifications and within TAT


10. Taking care of Salary Revision, Calculations of benefits, exemptions & all types of reimbursement, Calculate bonus & incentive payout.
