As an Onboarding Specialist, I handle end to end hiring activities, collating and compiling requisite documentation to process Security Clearance. I also schedule Medical Tests at company medical centre and in case an overseas candidate collate requisite medical reports as per check list then liaising with the Medical Centre to get the fitness certificate.Additionally, I prepare Final Offer and work closely with authorized signatories to get offer signed.I monitor investigation and action taken on Employee Grievances / Disciplinary issues, violation of ethical norms.
