8. Close Monitoring of Running Equipment’s, Vibration Monitoring with Vibration Examiner as Predictive maintenance Schedule & Submit the Reports to Supervisor.
9. Uses and ensures use of proper tools and tackles on the job by assigned crews. Carries out periodic pre-use inspections of tools and special tools, repairs, overhauls and tests them when required.
10. Maintain / Update all Maintenance Records, Drawings, Daily Work Log in CMMS (MAXIMO).

Heavy Crude Unit, HBU-1 & 2, Lummus and Reformer. Update the Work logs, Data sheets in CMMS (MAXIMO). Submit the job reports to Maintenance In charge. Generate Work orders, Material Requests, Purchase Requests, Check and update Inventory of Spare parts.
