2. Coordinating with Ministry of Education Regardnig emplyoees recrutiment process.
3. Handling external or internal communication or management systems.
4. Updating records
5. Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings.
6. Writing letters and emails on behalf of other office staff.
7. Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
8. Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
9. Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
10. Translating memo and circulars from Arabic to English
