5. Direct communication with Ministry of Education for Human Resource issues.
6. Providing support to assure efficient operations of the office.
7. Dealing with ministry of labor for employees related queries and problems.
8. Scheduling meetings for inducing new skills ,strategic skills, and customer-oriented programs.
9. Providing required information about the school System/Curriculum.
10. Counselling students to choose the major of their choice after graduating high school.
11. Arranging Academic Events where universities are hosted to offer programs to students.
12. Organizes and implements essential enrolment programs for students.
13. Coordinating with neighborhood schools for inter-competition in different activities.
14. Updating student data in the Almanhal system introduced by Ministry of Education as well as updating student’s recruitment in internal software system (orison).
15. Issuing circulars for different events to make parents aware of it.
16. For any Event to be arranged pre-approval is taken from Ministry of Education.
17. Performed different jobs assigned by Management.
18. From writing a circular to training a new staff.
19. Translating circulars form Arabic language to English.
