We are a growing construction company in Dubai seeking an organized, proactive Site Administrator to support daily operations at our project site. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with good computer skills to start a career in the construction industry. You will work closely with the site manager, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth administrative and logistical operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily site office tasks (filing, documentation, correspondence, calls).
Assist with document control – organize drawings, reports, permits, and project records.
Prepare daily/weekly site reports, attendance records, and material delivery logs.
Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and staff for logistics and scheduling support.
