•Review production schedules, engineering specifications, and related information to ensure that the production targets are met on daily basis.

•Install the new EDM (Electric Discharge Machine) for making the new molds, giving access to new designs.

•Lead the calibration activities and maintain the record.
•Maintain standard operating procedures/programs for areas of responsibility.

•Design mechanical components, process parameters, machine and plant layouts and recommend modifications for optimum workforce and materials utilization.

•Direct installation of new machinery, facility upgrades, repairs and replacement of machinery, assist maintenance team, design and upgrade of control systems.

1:Installation, commissioning, testing till continuous running of ZILLI & Bellini RTD (Ready to Drink) Complete Line (Rinsing, Filling & Capping, Inter cooler, Final Cooler and Packaging).
2:Installed Bosch Can Filling and Seaming machine. For canned products.
3:Installed several liquid transfer pumps i.e ALFA LAVAL pumps installed for juice lines (7 pumps installed of various capacity), DESMI ROTAN pumps installed for Ketchup lines (4 pumps installed of various capacity)
4:Installation, Commissioning, Testing till hand over of the KHS Filling Machine for the JAM Line.
5:Installed the SOLLICH chocolate bar production line with the help of foreign Experts.
6:Supervised the major overhauling maintenance of the CUMMINS Diesel Generator 1.1 M Watt.
