To Co-ordinate & discuss with Site Manager with regards to all the packaging standards received from P&G.
To receive manipulation detailed instructions and packing standards from QA Manager
To ensure receipt of starting materials needed for project is as per the P&G PI received
from QA Manager and without damage, un-tampered and free from any contamination.
To fill up the Quality Control Records Formats for Inspection of Goods and Truck and
Receiving Material Inspection Checklist upon receiving the starting materials.
To ensure on all the starting materials is received from ASL with COA.
Strictly not to use any starting materials without the approval from the QA Manager
To properly stack all the received starting materials in its allocated place
To deliver undamaged, clean, un-tamperedmaterials to the manipulation area after approval of QA Manager.
To do and fill up the formats for Line Clearance and Stock Transfers before starting any project under supervision of QA Manager.
To ensure on doing the Line Clearance any previous partially used pallet or containers of material are protected from contamination/damage and to be used at first at the next opportunity.
