What you'll do:
Manage the assigned fleet across a high-volume cluster (6-8 DS) effectively, meeting the target KPIs
Oversee Fleet Managers in the daily operations of their respective fleet
Ensure adherence to SOPs
Support in manpower allocation across stores
Address issues and support the team in achieving their best performance - be a mentor
Support the Logistics Manager in analysis and implementation of best practices
Coordinate with other teams on ad-hoc cross functional projects
Ensure timely and clear communication with all stakeholders
What you'll need:
Bachelor Degree in Management, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics managing a team
Good analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google sheets
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty
Capable of working in highly ambiguous situations comfortably
Understanding Logistics metrics and stakeholder management
Ability to accommodate flexibility in the work schedule
