Working at Sundus Consulting and Training as Human Resource Consultant with main responsibility to advise management on the administration of human resources policies and procedures, analyze company’s current HR programs and recommending solutions, developing, revising, and implementing HR policies and procedures, assist with the development and coordination of recommended changes regarding workflow, develop methods for compiling and analyzing data for reports and special projects, conduct audits of HR activities to ensure compliance, conducting training sessions related to specific HR programs.
Key Project: Abu Dhabi Customs, UAE:
1. Formulation of SMART Objectives Aligned with Company Vision (Objectives setting)
2. Creating Individual Development Plan (IDP) Framework at the start of the year
3. Administering Pulse Surveys on ongoing basis to evaluate employees’ job satisfaction level
4. Performance Calibration Framework – undergoing calibration discussions and calibrating performance on 5-point rating scale
5. Performance Appraisal Framework – Planning, monitoring and evaluation phases
6. Performance Management Processes- (Mapping and Documenting)
7. Developing Competencies based employee Assessment Forms
8. Developing Self-Assessment Forms
9. Designing 360/180 Degree Evaluation Processes
10. Developing Conceptual Frameworks for IDP, PIP, Performance Calibration and Performance Appraisal
11. Designing and Developing IDP, PIP templates and checklists
12. Formulating IDP and PIP pre- assessment forms
13. Developing HR workflows with process reengineering using VSM and SIPOC Methodology
