Identified overall training needs of the organization. Developed content and activities for training and delivered over 200 training programs and workshops on topics such as Leadership & Management, Stage Presence & Public Speaking, Corporate Communication, Time & Stress Management, Customer Service and Sales & Negotiation Skills.

Organization Development and HR Strategy
Created and managed the organizational blueprint in terms of organograms, departmental structures, job descriptions, behavioral competencies and other related elements.
Worked alongside the Executive Management of the Company during the merger of six entities, forming Tecon SES. Reevaluated the Organization Structure, performed Job Analysis and helped the organization relook at their employee strength. This was followed by a rightsizing with emphasis on change management, organizational development and cultural initiatives supporting business objectives.
Lead member of the EFQM steering committee that worked on Business Excellence Awards. Won the Sharjah Excellence Award (2012), Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award (2014) and Dubai Quality Award (2016)
Employee Relations
Managed all areas of employee relations including benefits administration, reward & recognition, employee satisfaction, talent development, progressive discipline and separations.
Implemented corporate wellness programs in collaboration with Fitness First and VLCC to focus on healthy lifestyles, improve productivity and reduce absenteeism.
Spearheaded CSR initiatives in the Company to raise awareness. Activities include a robust recycling program with Bee'ah, Observing earth hour, blood donation campaign with Latifa Hospital, donations to Emirates Red Crescent and organizing events for Manzil Center (School for Special Needs).
Designed a comprehensive Reward & Recognition program to encourage employee contribution. This included Suggestion Reward Scheme (SRS), Best Employee Awards, Loyalty Awards, Retirement Awards etc.
HR Reporting & Compliance
Drove transition from outdated systems into a sophisticated platform by implementing Microsoft SharePoint Services, improving analysis, reporting, and planning capabilities while streamlining daily HR operations.
Designed Business Continuity Plan (BCP), collaborated with Group L&D to deliver Compliance programs and worked with internal & external auditors to ensure process controls are in place.
