Summary of Career
1. Act as first point of contact for all Human Resource queries and manage HR administration which will include, establishing and maintaining HR administration systems (HR database, employee files, leaves salary certificates, NOCs and contractual documents Contracts etc)
2. Manage full recruitment process including sourcing strategy; screening, interviewing; reference checking; selection and making offers to candidates
3. • Manage to process monthly payroll in HRMS Sage X3 (On shore staff 150). Prepare the annual manpower and budgeting accurately and efficiently. Forecast the yearly budget of each department.
4. Prepare offshore staff payroll (crew) around 650 crew. Ensure the computation is correct & cash advances are deducted from same month.
5. Actively involved in preparation of Job Descriptions for all positions under the guidance of Group HR/Admin Manager and Departments Heads
6. Liaise with PRO for employment visas for new joiners and ensure timely completion of all formalities is performed i.e. from on-boarding up to residency visa stampin
7. Handle employee terminations, grievance and other issues in a fair and respectful manner, working closely with UAE labour law
8. Lead the performance management process within the business area by guiding and advising managers on continued staff development by setting objectives, development plans
9. Plan and develop on-the-job training programs for line employees and career development programs for managers with a focus on retaining existing talent and reducing employee turnover
10. Provide senior management and others with various types of employee reports including, absence, compensation, annual leave, overtime costs and headcount
