Summary of Career
1. Handle receiving customer calls over the telephone and passing information to the customers regarding our daily basis preparation of menu ‘s and taking orders for the delivery
2. Preparing Invoices, Bar-code stickers and production sheet in daily basis according the customers
3. Ensuring we receive all the LPO by doing follow up with customer.
4. Monitoring the daily sales and returns
5. Replying the email and attending the customer complain and try to solve it out by informing the Assistant operation and Manager.
6. Make sure customer receive the order according the delivery time.
7. Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers.
8. Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc
9. Maintain contact lists.
10. Provide general support to visitors.
