Summary of Career
1. Developing the Recruitment plan and carrying out the full Recruitment process.
2. Assisting HR in implementing proper staffing plans and forecasting to determine how many people are needed.
3. Perform job analysis to create an accurate job description and job specification.
4. Sending and receiving questionnaires, meeting and taking feedback from managers, studying competitor’s jobs description for better job analysis.
5. Publishing open recruitment on different recruitment support, job boards, social sites and jobs search engine websites.
6. Calling applicants and interviewing them telephonically to check their communication level, qualification, experience and identifying their skills to make sure they are fitting in the required position.
7. Screening CVs and providing a short list of qualified candidates to the HR with screened information.
8. Scheduling interviews time slots between applicants and hiring managers.
9. Assisting PRO in newly hired candidates Visa procedure.
10. Assisting HR in doing Applicant’s Employment reference check, Applicant education and qualification verification, applicant’s character reference check, etc.
