1. • Organize work schedule planning, coordinate & supervise the execution of perform routine & non routine sampling and analysis of Oil&Gas, water injection wells, and corrosion monitoring.

2. • Liaised with Chemical management team to ensure the production chemical programs are continuously improved, properly applied and system performance is maintained Chemical dosage at optimum levels.

3. • Manage the corrosion systems for Crude oil pipelines, Above ground storage tanks, Manifolds, Gathering and Pumping stations. Associated data collection and results interpretation.

4. • Provide technical support to operation and production team, for Chemical skid, Chemical pump inspections, Biocide batching and detailed investigation for identifying the installations of Access fittings, and Bio-probes etc.

5. • Physical observation of coupon before and after cleaning, photography, writing comments, identifying the types of corrosion and measuring the corrosion rate, pitting rates and weight loss etc.

6. • Familiar with the using of Corrosion Instruments such as Rohr-Back Cosasco systems, Cormon Probes, Cosasco Retrieval tools, ACM Field Machine, RCS-CORRDATA (Checkmate-II).

7. • Monitor the Residual corrosion inhibitor in the gas and Crude lines. And perform the analysis of residual sample.

8. • Responsible for supervision of Field data collection, onsite system analysis, mitigation of Internal corrosion, Budget estimation, Specification, technical report writing, As well as troubleshooting & repair of equipments.

9. • Conducts corrosion inspection on pipelines, well casing/tubing, and carries out failure investigations related to corrosion attacks on wells, processing, pipelines and storage facilities. Analyzes related corrosion results and recommends remedial measures.

10. • Analyses of all the probe corrosion monitoring data, Fluid analyses data, Pigging &Coupon retrieval data, Physical inspection data, Shutdown data. In order to provide the internal corrosion status of the facilities. • Participate in Coordination and kickoff meetings, as directed by the project manager.
