1. Responsible for the smooth operation of assigned plant area.

2. Maintaining plant record, Log Sheet, Log Book and chemical inventories and highlighting any abnormalities.

3. Operate LPG Sweating Section (Caustic Washing).

4. Execution & monitoring of startup, shutdown and operation of plant process as per S.O.P

5. Operate Gas Separator system to ensure continuous fuel gas supply to all units

6. Deal with any emergencies to prevent production loss & their relative hazard

---

7. Desalter and Normal Desalting operation including its troubleshooting

---

8. Continuous monitoring of Furnace for optimum fuel consumption & ensuring safe furnace operation.

---

9. Controlling and monitoring unit parameters for achieving on-grade spec products. i.e. (L.P.G, Naphtha, JP-1, MTT, LWK, HSD, DFO, FFO).

10. Identification of operational problems and their rectification.
