Key Responsibilities:
Financial Record Keeping
Maintain accurate and updated financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
Identify discrepancies and irregularities with strong attention to detail.
Data Entry
Accurately record financial transactions into accounting software and databases.
Compliance
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Financial Documentation
Maintain organized financial documents for audits and reference purposes.
Collaboration
Work closely with the finance team and provide support when required.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Variance Analysis
Review daily reports and analyze discrepancies between expected and reported figures.
Ad Hoc Tasks
Support finance-related tasks and projects assigned by the Finance & Accounting Manager.
Requirements:
Candidate must be available in the UAE.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Knowledge/experience with ERP or Accounting Software is mandatory.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
