1. 1. GPS tracking of the entire Fleet if required.
2. 2. Allocation and return of motorbike/vehicles to the riders/drivers, checking for any damages and communicating to the supervisor.
3. 3. Maintaining & updating vehicle files, in respect of the source documents.
4. 4. Assisting and informing the couriers for their respective traffic fines with proofs for rented and leased vehicles and getting signed the acknowledgment paper for salary deduction.
5. 5. Preparing vehicle fuel consumption reports for vehicles (Emarat Petroleum, Adnoc Petroleum)
6. 6. Assisting the riders/drivers to fix motorbike/vehicle breakdowns with mechanic.
7. 7. Preparing list of rented, leased & owned vehicles that needs to be test & Pass.
8. 8. Preparing clearance for resigned & terminated staffs i.e. checking for any traffic fines, preparing summary report for traffic fines deduction from salary.
9. 9. Updating the vehicle / Courier database on daily basis with respective information.
10. 10. Rechecking the petty cash expenses before sending to the accounts department.
