• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

• Ensure a positive candidate experience
Job Requirements:
• 3–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field
• Experience in hiring for different functions (especially white-collar roles)
• Familiarity with job portals and social media hiring (LinkedIn, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good command of English

Has an existing employer network in Europe or can build one quickly.
