  Deliver excellent customer service to maximize potential sales.
  • Seek and optimize store retail standards in both front of house and back of the house to
  maximize turnover.
  • Process deliveries and stock transfers in an efficient manner in line with the company
  procedures.
  • Apply all company procedures, including the correct use of security measures, vigilance to
  all areas of risk and correct completion of all required documentation to eliminate stock
  loss.
  • Keep up to date with all available brand specific product knowledge.
  • Prepares the Goods transfer note (GTN) for both IN and OUT transactions.
  • Reconcile store transfer documentation. Maintain store administrative records. Prepare memos
  and reports required.
  • Banking - In-charge for the daily bank transactions. Handles all bank related works like payment
  transfers.
  • Ensure daily banking is reconciled with no discrepancies, completing all necessary documentation,
  and updating all records.
  • Maintain security of cash. Ensure that cash tallies with the daily sales reports.
  • Responsible for the sending of all the transactions that need the operation manager’s
  approval
