  Worked in Qatar Airways-Reservations and Ticketing from JUL2015 - Mar2020.
  My duties included dealing with customer on counter, handling calls, managing agent/passenger queries
  via email to provide them with best relevant Fares.
  Issuing tickets, reissue and refunds, issuing EMDS and managing any disrupted passenger on our flights
  were my major tasks.
  Also, i have worked as an Acting Supervisor keeping Team work and customer excellency focused to meet
  the targets.
  Managing flow of calls and direct customer to help in improving revenue figures through ticket sales.
  Conducting pre-flight checks to ensure smooth workflow and to avoid customer complaints.
