Construction of foundation.
Construction of buildings according to drawing. Coordinate & monitor the progress of work performed by contractor. To ensure that project is going in smooth and timely completion following quality requirements.
Supervision of Renovation of Masjid work.
Check Materials & Resources forecasting and procurement process. Site management including but not limited to Health, Safety Security, and Environment.
Checking and supervising the ongoing constructional activities.
Project planning assistance – support to Team Lead to make reports. Discussion with contractors and clients regarding any issue on site and its solution.
Verify the Quantities, checks the bill according to BOQ and drawings, and recommendation of the contractor interim and final payment.
Conducted quality control inspection in different stages of the concrete pouring, cube samples for compressive strength, and submit pour card record to consultant.
To carry all relevant latest approved documents only needed for inspection at the work point. E.g., IR, Daily inspection and testing schedule, drawings, method statement, and manufacturer technical data sheets, etc.
Responsible to monitor and surveillance of the subcontractors’ Project Quality Plan and Quality Control Program, this includes site inspection ensuring compliance with the approved contract documents, approved submittals, specifications and standard codes.
