1. Supervising the correct execution of all MEP systems/works (HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing) according to approved drawings, project specifications, method statements and approved procedures.
2. Leading and managing all site inspections for all completed MEP works/systems.
3. Ensuring each construction activity have an approved method statement and Inspection test plan before start over.
4. Inspecting all incoming permanent materials and ensuring all permanent materials being used at site are approved.
5. Monitoring all site MEP works and ensuring a NCR/Non Conformance Report, CAR/Corrective Action Report, PAR/Preventive Action Report is issued to contractors on violating approved drawings, project specifications and approved procedures.
6. Observing, checking and recording all site activities, Inspections and non conformances.
7. Arranging and leading QA/QC and construction meetings with contractors.
8. Ensuring health, safety and environmental practices are applied and followed by everyone at site and in offices.
9. Quantity take off and procurement of all MEP material.
10. Following up with all contractors for consultant comments on site activities and Inspections.
