Summary of Career
1. Managing month end and year-end closing cycles, ensuring accuracy & completeness of accounts and performing month end& year-end reconciliations.
2. Preparing various financial & non-financial reports as requested by the Senior Management.
3. Responsible for management & daily monitoring of Account Receivable, Account Payables, Petty Cash, Procurement, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Payroll, Revenue & Invoicing and other accounts, finance & tax related matters.
4. Assisting in preparation of assigned audit schedules and liaison with external auditors during reviews and audits to ensure full cooperation from accounting staff and compliance with qualified requests.
5. Verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling the transactions in cost centers and Modules to General Ledger.
6. Experience on SAP FI, Sage ERP, QuickBooks & Tally ERP 9 and Filing of VAT Return of Company
7. Performing ad-hoc analysis and special projects as requested and ensuring overall integrity and accuracy of systems
8. Working closely with Finance Manager to develop internalcontrols and evaluating the finance department’s adherence to the accounting & financial standards and reporting to CFO.
9. Verifying P.O,s and rates of the products and getting them processed from senior management.
10. Preparation of Salaries and processing of WPS payroll with UAE Exchange and Banks.
