Location: Bole, Addis Ababa
Ovid Real Estate is seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about digital campaigns, content creation, and lead generation within a fast-paced real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, PPC, SEO, and email
Create engaging content, including property listings, posts, videos, and visual assets
Generate, nurture, and manage leads to support the sales team
Manage and update property listings across multiple digital platforms
Track performance metrics, analyze results, and optimize campaigns accordingly
Collaborate with internal sales teams and external partners
Manage advertising budgets and maximize return on investment (ROI)
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing (real estate experience is a plus)
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and SEO
Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Amplitude
Excellent content creation and copywriting skills
Familiarity with CRM systems and modern digital marketing tools
