Manpower Planning: Develop, review, and implement a manpower plan in collaboration with stakeholders that support organizational strategy.

Recruitment and Onboarding: Source suitable candidates for open positions: preliminary screening, interview scheduling, selection, employment offer presentation and onboarding.

Headhunting – identifying and approaching suitable candidates from competitors.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and enhancing overall employee satisfaction

Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate training programs, increasing employee performance.
