Responsible for the complete management and execution of entire HR and Administration functions of the Company.
Processes, verifies & maintains personnel-related documentation, including staffing, Recruitment, Training, Grievances, Performance evaluations, classifications and Employee Leaves of absence.

Maintain the HR database ensuring this is up-to-date and accurate
Handle office maintenance and procurement of office supplies and equipments.

Full secretarial support to the Managing Director includes the following:
Preparation of reports as required by the Managing Director.
Travel management of the company top management, meeting arrangements and visitor accommodations.
Responsible for the travel management of Managing Director and Chairman.
Manage and maintain an effective filing system.

Organize meeting rooms, including logistics, catering and equipment needs
Facility management, housekeeping, liaise with different in-house departments / external agencies.
