1. Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annually HR and ISO reports for the CEO and the higher management and provide decision support through HR and ISO metrics

8. Budgeting, forecasting other minor accounts, Wages / Salary Unit Administration, EOS calcuation, Memorandums, Minutes of Meetings as per ISO standards devised by self
