Summary of Career

1. Co-ordinate with projects in the internal transfer of employees within the area, support projects in all their immigration related works (Visa Issuance – Cancellation of WP & RP – Renewal of Resident Permit & Work Permit Etc..)

6. Answering & re-directing the phone to concern persons, Scheduling meeting for Guests & clients with Administration manager, Maintain Contact details, organize and schedule meeting and appointments, & secretary to administration manager


7. Prepare letters & Pen memos on behalf of him, schedule and maintain meetings and programs, receive sort and distribute mails Etc


8. Maintain & Prepares Time sheets – updating and maintaining Payroll System


9. Air Ticket Booking by Coordinating with agents


10. Monitoring Data Entry Clerks involved in entry of time sheet system
