Key Deliverables (Marine):
Notifying the General Weather Condition from internal Marine Weather station as well as from M/s. Met
Consultancy through the mail. Broadcasting it to ADOC chartered vessels and Company Radio Room by Private
VHF radio.
• Notifying ADOC Vessels movement record of the previous day by contacting vessels over the Marin radio
system. Maintaining Record of their ETA and ETD in the Log Book.
• Preparing Daily and monthly tentative workboat schedule and forwarding them to related departments and
Offshore CICPA (Critical Infrastructure and Coastal Protection Authority) via Fax/ Email.
• Making a prior arrangement and taking necessary action for Berthing, Loading & Offloading, from/ to Cargo
vessel at Mubarraz Jetty and Landing Craft Yard.
• Arranging freshwater supply and fuel to vessels as per the required quantity & Updating a record in the system.
• Arranging Lube Oil, Mooring ropes, etc. to our chartered boats and vessels with approval of the Supervisor.
• Keeping a close watch on radio channels 16, 17 and on private VHF radio and answering incoming calls from
vessels throughout the duty hours. Record the information in the logbook.
• Providing guidance/assistance to other boats cruising through the Mubarraz Oil field or to rescue operation.
• Monitoring Sea Surveillance System for detecting ADOC and other vessels, measuring their speed and
direction through the wake and Doppler displacement.
• Preparing pre-arrival documents for the operation of Tanker Loading i.e. Bill of Lading, Notice of Readiness,
Loading Time Sheet, Ullage Report, Certificate of Quality, Certificate of Origin, Bulk Oil Manifest, Receipt for
Documents, Discharging Certificate, Port Dues, Declaration Certificate, Inquiry Form in order to submit them to
Marine Supervisor for signature and further approval.
Key Deliverables (Chopper):
• Handle all baggage and cargo for passengers leaving or returning from offshore.
• Briefing and assisting passengers, escorting passengers to/from the aircraft.
• Ensure safety and security protocols are followed and report any deviations.
• Assist in the organization of large groups of people for the coordination of the flight.
