6. Have worked in different construction projects as Project HSE Manager and contributed in development of Health and Safety standards on project sites. I had provided guidance relating to health and safety to Project Directors and Project team in order to comply with all legal, contractual or specific HSE requirements.

7. Skillful and proactive leader having the experience of leading a team of more than 30 Staff members including HSE Engineers, HSE supervisors, HSE Officers & assistants etc. to achieve not only compliance with requirements of Clients/Consultants but also to fully comply with international standards and best practices.

8. Procedural implementation of HSE Management System including Risk Management (Risk Assessment & Action Plans), HSE Documentation requirements, Emergency Management, Training and Awareness, Disciplinary procedure, Safe System of Work (PTW, confined space etc.), Waste Management, Welfare arrangements and all the general Site Safety requirements and best practices.

9. Expertise in analyzing incident/Accident to find out root cause and providing suitable control measures for avoiding the re-occurrence of the same/same kind. Sound ability to identify complex problems and reviewing related information to develop & evaluate options and implement solutions.
