  LOCATION: Madinat Al-Qaboos, Muscat, Oman
  
  - Implement HSE pro-active measures in the project site activities.
  - Conduct construction related HSE training to staff to identify site hazards during their job activities at site.
  - Develop a culture to anticipate and prevent health hazardous conditions.
  - Ensure that HSE risks are identified, assessed and managed for all project activities.
  - Participate in the project team meetings and provide guidance in all HSE activities.
  - Support HSE inspections, audits and self-assessments.
  - Develop suitable risk assessment and emergency response plan for commissioning and operations.
  - Closely monitor site activities and site conditions on daily basis.
  - Prevention of electrical and fire hazards by suitable control measures.
  - Ensure that all HSE communications are properly understood by all through safety talks, briefings and site meetings.
  - Ensure that there is an adequate provision of first-aid and welfare facilities.
  - Maintain records of incident reports and near misses.

  - Implementation of ISO Integrated Management System for the organization as Management Representative.
  - Evaluation of company’s practices, processes and procedures with respect to ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Standards.
  - Initiation of new or improved practices, processes and procedures.
  - Planning and execution, with others, of regular internal audits of the company’s QHSE systems.
  - Initiation of corrective action in the event of system non-conformance.

  - Serve as an HSE contact within the facility and provide leadership and technical support on HSE programs in the designated area.
