In the previous company I.e. Habsons Jobsup ltd. Where I worked, I was assigned many positions, but to be specific, the huge accomplishment for me was when I got assign for a position of “Splicer in bulk” by the CEO of the company for one of our reputed client” TCIL”. It was really challenging position since its a blue collar profile, and generally they do not upload their profile on any portals or websites. Thus, I had used so many strategies like references, and personally talked to splicers who work on roadside splicing to source splicer. Consequently, I managed to conduct 50+ candidates of interview out of which 30 got selected.
