Summary of Career
1. I'm 27-year-old Electrical Engineer-MEP from India currently based in United Arab Emirates-Dubai looking for a suitable position in the building construction industry. I have 4.5+ years working Experience as Electrical Engineer-(MEP) in various fields such as Cost Estimating, Quantity Surveying, Electrical system Designing, QA/QC works and Site Supervising.
2. ? Overall coordination and design check with the MEP sub-contractor concerning electro-mechanical systems such as Electrical system, ELV systems, telecommunication system, HVAC, drainage, plumbing, fire protection, swimming pools, lifts, irrigation, and other external works.
3. ? Checking and ensuring that the work done is as per project specification, Method Statement and as per approved shop drawings.
4. ? Reviewing quality of all materials at site and ensure compliance to all project specifications & quality and collaborate with MEP department for all material procurement and maintain quality of materials.
5. ? Assisting the Project Engineer, MEP Coordinator & MEP Manager in document control to ensure accuracy and consistency of quality documentation including, manuals, certifications, records, quality plans, and inspections.
6. ? Conducting internal inspection and after verifying the work done, carry out inspection for MEP contractor material and work along with QA/QC and MEP consultant.
7. ? Preparing weekly progress reports for the MEP weekly technical meeting and verify the MEP installations are coordinated with Shop Drawings and works are not delayed as planned.
8. ? Arranging the necessary temporary power, IT, firefighting, drainage and water supply to the site incorporated with Municipality, Civil defense and DEWA requirement

Duties & Responsibilities
? Attending Pre-tender meetings and site visits.
? Study/Reviewing of tender documents, scope of work, drawings, BOQ, specifications, client’s requirement etc. from the tender documents for proper estimating works.
? Preparing technical queries for ambiguities in drawings, specifications and BOQ. Review equipment schedule and procurement process.
? Preparing & sending RFQ for all the items to all the approved/ approved equal suppliers/ sub-contractor to obtain required quotations.
? Follow up with the supplier/sub-contractor to obtain quotation in time, clarify to all their queries and meetings with the supplier/ sub-contractor when required.
? Pricing material and labor cost of each BOQ item in the price comparison sheets, by using the quotations and a pre-determined manpower production rate.
? Checking all the addendums and communications received from the client, ensuring that all items are being clarified and considered in the pricing.
? Making Pre-Qualification documents, both standards as well project specific questionnaires.
? Doing value Engineering upon request and submit the best and final offer.
? Preparing variation order for any major changes or additional scope of work while executing the project.

Project Description:
Project: Downtown Dubai Development, Boulevard Heights by EMAAR Properties
Project Scope: Design and construction of two residential apartment towers (Tower-1, 53 Floors Tower-2, 47 Floors) with basement, podium &retail areas.
Duties & Responsibilities
? Overall coordination and design check with the MEP sub-contractor concerning electro-mechanical systems such as Electrical system, ELV systems, telecommunication system, HVAC, drainage, plumbing, fire protection, swimming pools, lifts, irrigation, and other external works.
? Checking and ensuring that the work done is as per project specification, Method Statement and as per approved shop drawings.
