1. Responsible for Technical coordination of 134 Nos. of Villa project consisting of (G+1) & (G+2) including coordination with Consultant / Client

2. Inspection & approval of plot & sub structure members by DM engineer as per setting out plan,Inspection of all the activities at site prior to raise consultant inspection request (CIR), Checking of approved Design mix for the supply of concrete from RMC

---

3. Responsible for establishing QA/QC Procedures for the entire project includes preparation of ITP, Method Statements, Daily routine Inspections, External inspections from Authorities and their approvals and Testing and inspections of all the materials prior to use at site.

4. Checking materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified requirements,Issue of internal field instruction to avoid NCR.

5. Coordination with Project Consultants and Clients,Responsibility includes material submittals for all civil & architectural works Complying the project specifications and Green building regulations for approval the same from Consultants/Clients.

6. Setting out the works in accordance with the drawings and specification at site

---

7. Responsible for checking of bar bending schedule as per GFC structural drawings/details

---

8. Checking of PT Slab & beam (Post tensioning tendons) as per PT GFC drawings

---

9. Supervise and inspect all construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications; Highlight deviations and escalate issues to the Project Head, if required adherence to quality standards.

10. Liaising with the project planning department regarding construction programs, Coordinate with various agencies (plumbing, waterproofing, electrical etc) to ensure continuous progress of work; continuously monitor and supervise their activities.
