1. Recruitment & Selection: Facilitates in inducting the talent against critical positions as well as operational from initial screening & shortlisting till induction. Responsible for the complete life-cycle of recruitment, right from the requisition to the placement of an employee including, profile sourcing, initial screening, interview scheduling, interviewing and job offers. 2. Orientation & Joining Formalities: Responsible to manage new employee’s orientation, and completion & verification of the documentation of new joiners
3. HR Operations & Reporting: Preparation of HR reports (Periodic Head Count & Salary Analysis of employee vs. payroll details and updating employee database). Deal with day to day operational activities (i.e. Reference Letters, Contract Renewals etc.) and HR Reporting.
4. Health & Medical Insurance: Managing Healthcare claims, addition & deletion of employees, billing details of all three stations (2 Plants & Head Office) and preparing Monthly healthcare details and insurance lists
5. Life Insurance: Managing Life Insurance claims, addition & deletion of employees, billing details of all three stations (2 Plants & Head Office) and preparing Monthly insurance lists.
6. Audits: Handling of periodic internal & external HR Audits / Compliance check
7. Employee Relations: Ensure company-wide open communication of all major developments in the company, by informing the relevant people / all employees
8. Training & Development: Partner with the management and employees to identify organizational and employee development needs, initiatives to remove the gaps & preparation of training calendar.
9. Performance Management: Assist in developing the measuring criteria of employee’s performance by identifying the KPI's & Objectives. Execute annual appraisal exercise with the line manager and responsible for the error free data. Ensures that everyone gets raise in salary as per the recommendation of management and resolve the queries (if any).
10. Employee Separation: Responsible for the complete process of all types of separations whether it is resign, termination or retirement including acceptance of resignation, and experience letter’s. Conduct exit interviews and prepare its analysis for management reporting.
