1. Updating reports and issuing to client & vendor on a weekly basis.


2. File all superseded drawings/documents. Ensure all project documents/drawings and correspondences are available in paper, electronic version in scanned and native format.


3. Control all incoming and outgoing drawings/documents from EPC Projects. Ensure timely issue and distribution of all drawings/documents with correct revisions to concerned engineers for review and approval as detailed in the distribution matrix.


4. Receive Final Dossiers “MDR’s” from vendors, along with Test Certificates and Project Manager-approved drawings/documents


5. Ensuring strict compliance with the internal & contractor provided documentation procedures


6. Using Visual Byblos Cyberspace (VBC) for electronic database management – EDMS.


7. Track and expedite documents from various International Vendors


8. Receiving Docs from Vendor and issuing for SQC


9. Maintaining Engineering & Vendor Document Register (Excel and Database) & updating the Register as per Team Leader.


10. Upload Documents soft copy in VBC (In-house Document Control Software) Dashboard for PMC comments.
