Change the Steam Turbine start up system, Replace existing OEM Starting Device with new Voith Starting Device together with its Local Panel. Replace mechanical Over Speed bolt with new SIL-3 Jaquet FT-3000 digital Over Speed Prevention System, provide three (3) additional SIL-3 capable Magnetic Pick-Ups to be mounted on existing bracket and provide duplex oil filtration unit.

A key player in rolling out the commissioning, startup and maintenance of well head instrumentation and well head control panel of Beam Pump, Progressive Cavity Pump.
To perform the PM, CM, Predictive maintenance, Trouble shooting and Installation of all Instruments & Calibration of the Microprocessor base, Electronics, and Pneumatic instruments such as LT, PT, TT, FT, Control Valves, ON/OFF Valves, Switches, Temperature element and Gauges.
Work done on Vibration (Radial/Axial Probe and MPU) & Speed sensor, to adjust the gap voltage and check the healthiness of probe with TK3 simulator.
Work done on the Gas Turbine Nuovo Pignone GE MS 5002 Frame 5 and Steam Turbine (ELLIOTT, TURBODYNE, and DRESSER-RAND).
Work done of Air & Gas Compressor Axial, Centrifugal, Screw and Reciprocating types, (ELLIOTT, YORK, TURBODYNE & ATLAS COPCO).
Trouble shooting and maintenance of VMS System (Bently Nevada 3500, 3300 & 7200 series).
Prepare daily SMP activities in Meridium software and evaluate progress for reporting directly to Engineer and Supervisor. Dealing with various kinds of foreign instrumentation equipment to Inspects tests, adjusts, and repairs electric, electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic instruments.
