    Technical Backend Support to Customer / Field staff relating to (POT, SIP, PABX, IP-PABX, HSI IPTV) through GPON / Copper. Tripe play circuits (Internet, IPTV & Voice) on Multi-Vendor ONUs in addition to configuration of Residential Gateways (RGW) & Bit Streaming designed to support 3Play service through single Ethernet port of ONT.
    Good technical skills related to Network Commissioning, Operations and maintenance of SDH, WDM & DWDM equipment.
    Working Knowledge of operations, maintenance, deployment and/or integration activities related to complex optical networks, with technical expertise in areas of DWDM, TDM, PTN, SDH, PDH,
    Working Knowledge on HUAWEI (OSN 8800, OSN 3500, OSN 7500, OSN9500, OSN 6800) and ZTE (ZXMP S200, S380, S385, M900) and HUAWEI switches and router.

    Handling maintenance / uplifting activities in OLT, FDH, and Joint Closures/ODFs. Planning and implementing preventive maintenance activities. Monitoring network performance and maintenance.
