Summary of Career
1. ? Increased andimproved the effectiveness and efficiency of the Management Food Ration Supply to UN (Mission -MONUSCO) by ensuring zero tolerance on UNRS and contractual obligations with the client by compiling code of ethics and ensured it is followed throughout the operations.
2. ? Assisting in Implementation of ISO22000:2005 FSMS across the seven UN warehouses with its bakery units inDR Congo within a short span.
3. ? Supplier and Product ration validation with respect to United Nations Ration Standards offered by suppliers through SAP in association with procurement.
4. ? Involved in the Continual surveillance of the Quality assurance programmes of qualified Local & International Food Suppliers and continual reporting through the Supplier Inspection Schedule as per UNSTD

6. ? Performing supplier audits and assisting in pre shipment Inspection, Control verification of shipping documents related to Quality control listed inUNSTD in advance of incoming shipments preferably Prior to dispatch to UN missions.
7. ? Controlling the Food Ration verification, inspection, distribution, cold chain, storage, segregation of food line items/ products in warehouses until the dispatch of shipment to end user.
8. ? Meticulous in providing assistance to third party Global Food safety, quality audits of the company - ISO 9001:2008, HACCP, IFS Food Version 6, UTZ: Traceability level-Mass balance for sustainable cocoa, HALAL, SMETA-SEDEX & Ethical Trading Initiative, NON GMO and GLUTEN FREE.
9. ? Handling the quality control aspects of raw materials and finished products. Preparing reports on each test preformed for measuring quality, quantity and composition. ? Performing quality control analysis including tests and inspections of products and processes. Analysing records of all tests that have been carried out. ?
