    My Tasks and Achievements - I joined while the concept design was under development, feasibility model and studies performed. It is pre-construction stage of the project. Initially I developed a Document Management System and folder structure in the corporate office in order to record and track the pre-construction stage i.e. government authority’s approval, various reports like soil and subsoil study report, environmental/traffic study, frozen concept/schematic/detailed design. Also covering the tender stage i.e. logging of BOQ, specification and bidding/tender drawings, evaluation of prequalification, engineer’s estimates, comparative statements etc.
