Summary of Career

1. Ensures timely processing of KPEZDMC payroll in accordance with labor regulations and standard accounting principles with abreast information of current payroll tax requirements.


2. Conducts regular payroll reporting as required and assists with Payroll pre audits & post audits.


3. Perform recruitment activities such as posting advertisements, long-listing, shortlisting, arranging interviews, employment contracts etc. aligned with company policies and procedures.


4. Maintain record of all new employees related to probation review. Provide probation review forms to the respective managers so that a timely decision is made about confirmation, probation extension or separation.


5. To maintain all staff personal files with confidentiality, place office orders, promotion, transfer, warnings and all other relevant documents in employee personal file when needed.


6. To facilitate employees in their health insurance related issues by keeping them abreast regarding the health policy, clarifying their queries and timely processing of the medical health insurance bills.


7. Process and maintain record of staff OPD medical bills, review bills for their compliance with company policy, calculates bills to ensure claims are reimbursed with in the defined budget of employee.


8. Provides assistance in developing HR budget sheets to identify the actual and anticipated cost to ensure organizational hiring is within the define budget.


9. Develop organogram to define hierarchy of each department, review and update on regular basis so that updated structure and relationships are defined.


10. To upkeep KPEZDMC HR system, operations and provide system support, data management, business process improvement and operational support.
