Summary of Career

1. Monitors and audits all salary offers to new employees by highlighting differences and inconsistencies and suggest effective remedies.


2. Plan, develop and monitor annual manpower plan & budget for GCC & India.


3. Prepare MIS reports of Compensation & Benefits within the company.


4. Working closely with HR expert consulting firms Mercer to improve C&B system and guidelines.


5. Plans, develops and participates in market competitor analysis to enable us to attract and retain talent.


6. Manage internal Job evaluation through Mercer’s method. Finalizes the evaluation of all new and revised jobs, promotion, or reclassification requests.


7. Effectively engage with HR Director and business leaders to manage, consult and resolve compensation issues. Provides ongoing support and coaching for implementing C&B policies and practices & developing business cases.


8. Engage with Finance to ensure adequate estimates and forecasts for compensation related programs.

10. Manage the Salary review & Annual bonus process. Ensure final recommendations are in support of the pay-for-performance philosophy and are kept within approved budget
