Summary of Career
1. Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
2. AMC and PPM reviews and invoicing.
3. Ensure the monthly reconciliation of Bank statement, AP, AR, JV Posting.
4. Post all payments cash, checks and credit card payment to customer accounts.
5. Make collection calls -follow up on past-due payments and skip invoices.
6. Communicate with customer and administration to ensure cash flow.
7. Communicate with sales team, counter person regarding customer accounts.
8. VAT Reporting and Compliance.
9. Compliance with IFRS’s, ISA’s and other applicable laws.
10. Leading the Accounts & Finance function of the company to ensure adequate functioning of all systems and procedures.
