  I have worked as an Electrical SIte Engineer. Over the course of 2 years, I came to know many electrical related challenges.
  
  The Roles and Responsibilities:
  
  
  Engages in the designing phase of the project that includes preparing Drawings, Material Take Off, Material Submittals, procuring various materials required for the project execution etc.
  Coordinate with project engineers and sub-contractors to ensure the progress of work at the site is in line with the project planning.
  Attending meetings with Consultant and Client to finalize issues in the site and coordinate with the site supervisors for smooth execution of the works.
  Preparation of the inspection report.
  Preparation of the daily site report.
  Coordinating with different suppliers to procure materials required for the project ensuring the material cost within the budget.
  Identifying and procure appropriate process equipment assessing the quotations received from various suppliers to finalize the best price with quality material.

  I have been working as an Electrical Engineer in Rootsway Electromechanical Works LLC since 2017.
  
  KEY DELIVERABLES ACROSS THE CAREER SPAN:
  
  Project Management:
  • Ensuring timely projects handing over including testing and commissioning of all Electrical works.
  • Providing technical inputs, coordinating site activities, preparing and reviewing method statements and work specific quality control plans and ensuring materials received area in accordance with quality.
  • Presenting inspection reports to clients and related report assessing bodies; identifying innovative support with regard to new technologies, tool & system developments to continue project delivery improvements and increased efficiencies.
  Site Management:
  • Acting as the focal point for delivery of inspection programs including communication with clients, suppliers & inspection of technical support.
  • Supporting cost control & forecasting activities in MEP disciplines; handling internal & external claims and technical issues.
  • Developing project related documentation including inspection procedures, work scopes, risk assessments and related specification; conducting site surveys with sub-contractors engineering group; proposing new routes & locations for expansion of facilities where interference occurred.
  Quality Assurance/ Quality Control:
  • Monitoring and ensuring that the quality of work assigned is excellent and complies well with the safety norms.
  • Maintaining first-level quality assurance to confirm that the installation of all work within the discipline is in accordance with the plans, specifications, and industry standards.
  • Ensuring that tests and inspections are performed, witnessed, and documented in accordance with approved procedures.
  Health and Safety:
  • Utilizing safe work practices and following directives, policies and procedures for assisting and maintaining a healthy and safe work environment as outlined in the Safety Manual.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to Customer’s Safety rules and Corporate Safety policy.
  Team Management:
  • Establishing and maintaining a professional working relationship with the clients, building officials, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, etc.
  • Motivating workforce, providing communications and taking measured to ensure that all elements are cooperating and coordinating efforts for maximum efficiency and quality throughout the project.
  • Supervising, mentoring and performing regular performance evaluations for all employees assigned to this position.
