  Ensure all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied with and in conformity with Conditions of
  Contract, Particular Specifications, General Specifications, and Contract Drawings & BOQ.
  Analyze drawings, specifications and statements of work in the preparation of activity networks for project
  resource planning and scheduling.
  Follow up with various departments within the company in all Project related matters of the operation of
  the Project.
  Responsible for managing a Staff/Labor in the project.
  To evaluate the requirement of all project resources (materials, machinery, manpower) as per schedule
  and arrange for the availability of the same.
  Planning and scheduling of resources (material, manpower etc.) Resources Mobilization.
  Review of design drawings, Technical Co-ordination meetings, Minutes of meetings.
  Lead the team of technicians and supervisors to effectively perform the projects.
  Installation of Main distribution boards (MDB’s), sub main distribution boards (SMDB’s),
  Cable size calculation, continuity test, wire selecting & testing and rating of circuit.
  To ensure a successful completion of the Project within the budget and on time.
