1. Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties. Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
2. Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
3. Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)

10. Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends. Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address) ?Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process, Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
