Summary of Career

1. Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties. Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives


2. Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.


3. Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)


4. Implements human resources programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, and compensation, health and welfare benefits.


5. Managed training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, completing personnel transactions.


6. Assisted to provide support in Payroll, benefits and Compensation management.


7. Control, maintain and update the HRMS tool, learning and development, reporting and employee profiles.


8. CV screening, Interview scheduling, candidate sourcing and managing recruitment for organization.


9. Draft Employment verification letter, roles and responsibility letter, NOC and all other type of letters for active and ex-employees based on request.


10. Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends. Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address) ?Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process, Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
